Her gaze unconsciously fell on the red bottle and she gulped.
She wanted to drink.
Jiang Ci noticed her swallowing motion and saw through her thoughts. He immediately smiled.
Shi Qian looked at him.
Jiang Ci smiled and said, "If you want to drink, drink some. Don't drink too much. I'll send you back to school later."
"What? You want to drink?"
"Of course I want to drink on behalf of you. Otherwise, let Chi Yi come over." As he spoke, Jiang Ci held a red bottle in his hand and asked, "Do you want to drink?"
Shi Qian said, "Drink."
Jiang Ci immediately poured a cup for her.
Huo Fei looked at the half-finished red wine and said, "How about you order another bottle?"
Shi Qian turned to look at him. "Are you addicted to drinking today?"
Huo Fei laughed. "I haven't had any drinks recently. I didn't even attend the gathering."
"What are you busy with?" Shi Qian asked.
Huo Fei sighed. "My dad started to let me get in touch with the family's business. I can't come out to play at any time in the future."
Shi Qian smiled. "Yes, you have indeed reached the age where you should do proper business."
At that moment, Jiang Ci's phone on the table rang.
He glanced at the phone screen and immediately picked up the phone. "Hello..."
Immediately after, a woman's voice was heard. "Jiang Ci, where are you? I have something to talk to you about."
"Looking for me? You returned to China?" Jiang Ci asked.
"Yes, I just left the airport. Where are you? I'll go and find you now."
Jiang Ci thought for a while and then said, "No need. Do you want to go home directly? I'll go back later. "
"Alright. Then I'll wait for you at home."
"Okay." After hanging up, Jiang Ci put his phone back on the table.
Huo Fei glanced at the screen and asked, "Sister Manxi is back!"
"Yes. She just got off the plane." Jiang Ci answered casually, but a strange emotion flashed in his deep eyes.
Shi Qian minded her own business drinking and did not notice.
Huo Fei, however, noticed it. A trace of doubt flashed in his eyes, but he did not ask any more questions.
Jiang Manxi was Jiang Ci's cousin, First Miss of Jiang family. In the dispute between the Jiang's's family, she stood on Jiang Ci's side.
Shi Qian was not familiar with Jiang Manxi. Two years ago, she went to the school to see Jiang Ci, but the two of them did not have much contact.
She said, "You don't need to send me to school in a while. I will take a taxi back myself."
Jiang Ci said, "It's fine. After I send you back, it will not be a problem."
Shi Qian said again, "No need. Go and do your own things."
Huo Fei said, "Mr. Ci, why don't you go back first? I'll send Ms Qian back."
Shi Qian smiled and said, "Am I a child, or am I weak? You two have to send me!"
Jiang Ci laughed lightly. "Alright then. You should be careful when you go back."
After a while, the three of them finished their meal and planned to leave.
They left the private room and walked in the hall.
Jiang Ci glanced at Shi Qian and suddenly said, "Wait."
Shi Qian stopped and turned to look at him. "What's wrong?"
Jiang Ci saw something stuck on Shi Qian's hair in front of her forehead and immediately raised his hand to clean it.
At this moment, a familiar voice suddenly came from the side.
"Qian!"
Shi Qian suddenly turned her head and looked in the direction of the voice.
She saw Shaang Sizhan and Yuwen Chengyuan standing at the door of one of the private rooms.
In an instant, Beiming Yue and Murong Jing also walked out. Their eyes quickly fell on Shi Qian and Jiang Ci in front of them.
The sudden appearance of the person stunned Jiang Ci as well, causing his hand to stay on Shi Qian's forehead for a while longer.
"Master Zhan!" Shi Qian reacted and said, "You are here too!"
Beiming Yue looked at the scene in front of him and smiled as if he was watching a good show.
Jiang Ci came back to his senses and calmly retracted his hand. His face was calm and did not have a trace of panic or guilt.
