The System: Civilian Shinobi

It was creepy how silent the area was, I could feel countless eyes glaring at me hatefully as I stood in the centre of a sea of people, I let my blood-red eyes wander daring anyone to make a move.     

'I still have around 60% chakra left... and they think that they have me trapped, Let's change that first-'     

I felt every piece of weapon around me and controlled them, linking various electromagnetic fields I controlled the weapons lying on the ground to push me up. Amid countless eyes, I started to float leaving the platform to disperse and vanish inside my robes and support me from inside my clothes.     

I could hear a lot of mutterings as they watched the famed Kekkie Genkai of their third Kazekage in the hands of a foreign shinobi. Baki looked enraged as I looked at him and said, "It has been a while Baki-san" Temari broke through the ranks of their shinobi's and arrived before the bleeding form of a pale Gaara, his skin looked cracked as the ever-present armour covering his skin was slowly peeling itself off.     

I ignored her and focused on Baki, "So what's the play here Baki-san, what's your next move?"     

Hearing the disrespect in my voice many shinobi threw kunai's and shurikens at me, I waved my hand lazily in front of them as every object stopped and with another wave was thrown back at double the speed, most of them managed to dodge the attack but I could still hear some cries as the chakra signatures surrounding me decreased by a dozen.     

I could feel a literal wave of hate pass through the people of Suna and before things could escalate, I vibrated all the kunai and shuriken's under my control. Baki put his hand up indicating everyone to halt as I focused my attention back to him.     

"Retreat and Suna won't take aggressive action against Konoha-" he stopped and raised his hand again to stop any muttering from spreading.     

'huh he's pretty smart, we can't ignore the threat of Suna, but there is no knowing if they will backstab us again.'     

"That's it, a non-aggression promise? that's not going to stop me from murdering every shinobi present here, I will die if I fought all of you, but 1 vs 1500 still has a nice ring to it and a hell of a lot more effective deterrent to everyone else. Plus Suna will be in a critical state after that and will probably end with losing its place in the pecking order, Taki will make a better great 5 don't you think?" I waved my hand and a kunai that was inside one of the shinobi's pouch shoot out of it and embedded into his neck. He was one of the people running towards me to launch an attack, he clutched his neck and tripped.     

I gave everyone a look and said, "just because your tools are in your pockets doesn't mean they are outside of my range, what are you gonna do, use you METAL fans to attack me with wind ninjutsu? use your metal puppets to attack me? stop being ridiculous, the Third Kazekage was a war machine, he could take entire armies standing in the front because he could augment Suna's strength, how do you like that Kekkie Genkai against you?"     

'shit I just have 50% of my chakra left, controlling these many weapons is difficult.'     

"Would you like to say anything else or should I start?" I used another chunk of my chakra to make every weapon start spinning.     

Baki looked tense as he pulled out a scroll and said, "This contains all the plans for the war against Konoha, we would pull out of the war and neither Iwa nor Kumo will cross our borders to attack Konoha." He threw the scroll at me and I opened it to find several scrolls detailing all the current plans.     

"And I am supposed to take your word for it?" I glanced around and immediately realized what I wanted to do. I turned to Baki and said, "well, I guess I would like to extend an invitation to Temari-chan and Kankuro-kun here, you see we are old friends and for the duration of the war I would like to have them as my guest in Konoha. I think that would be fine right? during the war, I don't think you would need many shinobi as there will be no missions." Baki grit his teeth and I could hear him contemplate what to do next.     

I waited and slowly started to accelerate the speed at which the weapons were spinning, I felt my chakra draining away and I was starting to get a little nervous as Baki said, "Fine"     

'heh, he folded'     

Iron sand left my sleeves as it made a platform beneath me, I stood upon it and let go of the weapons on the ground, more iron sand poured out of the inventory and formed two platforms in front of Kankuro and Temari, they both looked around before stepping onto the platforms, I flew both of them to me and looked at them in the eye.     

'Sharingan Genjutsu'     

I ordered them to reveal if they were a clone of White Zetsu, thankfully they both just stood there, I did a cross-shaped handseal as two shadow clones appeared behind them, each with a brush in hand and started drawing seals at the back of their heads.     

'Fuin: Gravity seals'     

'Fuin: Conditional Soul Explosion seal'     

'Fuin: Chakra seal'     

My clone dispersed as I let go of Temari and Kunkaro as they both had been unconscious due to the seals placed on them. I pushed them off as they tumbled down from the platform, the ANBU behind Baki dashed to catch them as Baki gave me a confused look, "Oh I think we got acquainted enough don't worry, but you should hope nothing happens to me now-" I let go of the sand platform and let myself fall down on the ground.     

'Damn that was risky, I just have 35% chakra left-'     

"- cause their life is now linked to mine" I grinned at his expression of disbelief, I turned around towards Suna's main gate and said, "I die they die, or I could kill them with a hand seal and a chakra spike, your call-" I walked towards the crowd of shinobi in front of me and with a wave of my hand they started to separate to form a path.     

"I'll be back after the war, to release the seals of course." Grinning I walked out of the Suna main village before dashing into a sprint towards home.
