They were at some Royal garden or something from the looks of it. It was massive place with a lot of different species of plants everywhere.
"Hey, did Hela come here as well?" King looked around to see if anyone was paying attention to them and whispered in Freyja's ears.
They could be considered Hela's friends. King had found out a method to sneak into Asgard from Aelsa after asking for it for a long while.
He used it immediately and located Hela there since she looked quite lonely to him. So he wanted to make friends with her as well.
At least last time when they were together, she was smiling beautifully. So he didn't want her to lose that smile of hers.
He immediately slipped into the Royal Palace and used some illusions to make himself look like one of the workers in the castle.
He approached the training grounds and found Hela training hard. She was panting and sweating but she still didn't mean to stop her practice.
"Your Highness, you should take some rest now". King bowed because he was acting as a servant now and kept his body bowed to prevent any mishaps.
Hela stopped her practice and looked at the servant coldly but she didn't say anything and started to head towards her room.
Her practice was already finished anyway but she decided to do some extra work by herself. She also realised that Odin might've asked the servant to make her rest.
She never understood this man. He appeared high and mighty to everyone but he put his daughter through hell everyday so that he could use her for war.
Hela didn't object because she felt that this was her purpose and goal in this life. Plus with her awakening her divinity of death. This further affirmed her guesses.
She just wanted to have Odin's acknowledgement of her work and for that she trains extra hard and pushes herself to the very limit.
King could see the stubbornness in her eyes when she finished her practice and got ready to go back to her room.
He silently followed behind her without saying anything and directly followed into her room. before Hela could even say something. He put an illusion on the room that can even cheat the other senses of a person.
"Get out!" Her gaze turned frosty and she immediately conjured a sword of death energy.
"Not so fast little princess". King smiled and Chastiefol got suspended beside him i to countless little daggers.
"You are King?" Hela stopped and looked a bit astonished. She didn't think that the crown prince of Alfheim will come to visit them like this.
"Exactly". King nodded his head and took off the illusion hiding his true face.
"Why are you here?" Hela frowned and asked. Her vigilance was a bit lower than before. He is the crown prince so he will not do anything unsatisfactory to her.
Plus they did spend some time during the coronation ceremony and she enjoyed her time with him and the other three.
So they can be considered her first and only friends but friendship goes to friendship. Since he came here then she has to know what's going on.
"I just came to visit my friend". King smiled and sat down on a chair in the room.
"Very well". Hela nodded her head and also sat down on the opposite seat.
The two of them then started to slowly talk about some small things related to both realms. Nothing very important. Just some casual things that everyone knows.
Their chatting lasted for some time and they were much more acquainted with each other after this small series of events.
King shook his head to snap himself out of the reminiscing of the past and looked at Freyja who was shaking him.
"What is it?" He asked gently.
"You were absent there. I was asking if you want to see our library?" Freyja smiled and asked.
"Oh, I would love that but isn't it a restricted area?" King was a bit puzzled and raised his eyebrow in question.
"No, if you are with me then not". Freyja shook her head and replied happily.
"Oi Elaine, Diane. You wanna go in as well?" King turned to look at the two girls playing on the swing and asked.
"Nah, you go. I am enjoying here". Elaine shook her head and continued playing on the swing.
"Okay". King shrugged his shoulders and got up to go with Freyja.
"You didn't answer my question though. Did Hela cone as well?" King asked again when he thought that he didn't get a reply.
"No, Odin came by himself". Freyja shook her head and followed beside King while guiding him towards their library.
'Odin might've gotten a bit suspicious of my movements and meetings with Hela but I made sure that no one found out about it'. King pondered while moving towards the library.
He got the method to get into Asgard from Aelsa about ten years ago and has visited Hela a couple of times in between.
He can be considered her good friend even if it's not the best friend kind of thing. Plus with King's natural aura. No one can resist making friends with him and a Hela not bathed in blood wasn't a match as well.
'Once she starts to become that ruthless and ice cold goddess. Then there will be no turning back and no chance between us. I can only worm in now before she completely changes'. He though and shook his head because they were already at the library.
"I would like some magic books if you don't mind". King asked and followed her into the library.
"Okay, I will get them for you". Freyja nodded her head and happily ran around to get the books for King.
'I have to get everything that I can before the war'. King really needed as much knowledge as he can before the war or it will be difficult to play a good part in it.
